How it works:
- Tracker detects outdoor position with GPS
- Indoor position tracking uses inertial navigation between BLE beacons in known locations
- When two trackers come within BLE range of each other, the contact tracer records the device ID and timestamp

- The tracker can be used as a digital access card with NFC technology
